KUALA LUMPUR: Home buyers and prospective investors can look forward to great bargains as well as informative property insights during the MyRumah Property showcase to be held in Komtar JBCC, Johor Baru from May 5 to 7.
The showcase is expected to entice about 10,000 visitors from the three days compared to the 8,000 visitors in the previous MyRumah exhibition held in Balai Berita, Kuala Lumpur.
In a media briefing, Andaman Group managing director Datuk Seri Vincent Tiew said the group has arranged exclusive talks by renowned speakers and real estate experts.
The public, he said, will have an opportunity to listen and ask the industry experts on their insights on the real estate markets in Malaysia.
Aside from their insights, Tiew also said the experts will also talk on the future outlook of the property market in 2017 and give valuable tips and strategies for investment and finance.
Among the speakers and panellists include registered valuer, estate agent, property manager and chartered surveyor Adzman Shah Mohd Arrifin, lawyer Datuk Nazri Mustafa, Superior Wealth Mastery managing partner Alan Poon and Vince Chia of Diligent Planners Sdn Bhd.
Popular topics that the public may find interesting include “Sub Sale Transaction – Do’s and Don’ts” by Nazri, “Hassle-less Loan Approval” by Chia and “Your Rental Game P.L.A.N.” by Poon.

Organised by The New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Bhd (NSTP), the showcase is the best place for the public to get first-hand information and latest property developers’’ offering, ranging from residential to commercial ownership or investment.
The event will be open to the public for free from 10am to 10pm.
Meanhwile, NSTP general manager of agency and direct advertising Chew Ruoh Syh said the event will include 17 exhibitors of which 10 are developers and seven non-developers, ranging from banks, beverages and insurance agencies.
“NSTP feels the responsibility to help our readers and to educate them own how to own a house, the decisions you need to know when buying one and also for those who would like to invest in properties,” he said today.
