Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd through its subsidiaries, Dinamik Sdn Bhd Serba Dinamik International Ltd secure a total of RM830.9 million for a combined seven contracts.

KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd’s subsidiaries, Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd (SDSB) and Serba Dinamik International Ltd (SDIL) have secured a total of seven contracts worth about RM830.9 million.

In an exchange filing today, SDSB has bagged two new engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) contracts and four new operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts, while SDIL secured one new O&M contract.

According to the statement, SDSB would provide EPCC works for Maju Renewable Energy Sdn Bhd, Maju RE (Talang) Sdn Bhd and Maju RE (Temenggor) Sdn Bhd at three power plants in Perak, beginning April 2018 till March 2020.

SDSB would also involve in EPCC work for Green & Smart Sdn Bhd to supply, design, fabricate, deliver to the project site, install, test, commissions a 2.7MW Electricity Per Hour Biogas Power Plant at Syarikat Peladang & Perusahaan Minyal Mill in Teluk Intan Perak, starting February 8, 2018 till December 7, 2018.

SDSB would also involve in O&M works for Asean Bintulu Fertiliser Sdn Bhd, Petronas Dagangan Bhd, Petronas Chemicals LDPE Sdn Bhd, Maju Renewable Energy Sdn Bhd, Maju RE (Talang) Sdn Bhd and Maju RE (Temenggor) Sdn Bhd.

Meanwhile, SDIL would provide O&M genset operation and maintenance services at Kalimantan operation (Chevron Indonesia), beginning December 4, 2017 till November 3, 2019.

Serba Dinamik said the contracts are expected to contribute positively to its group’s earnings for the financial year ending December 31, 2018.
